1. Processing Time

Thank you for choosing Dream Invent Inspire! As a local business and inventor, we are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality, custom-built system.

  • Build-to-Order Process: Most of our products are built-to-order, which means there is a production time before your item is ready to ship.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and moved into production immediately after the order is placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and filled in the order they were received.
  • Production/Build Time: Please allow an estimated 2 to 4 weeks for your product to be manufactured, tested, and prepared for shipment.
    • Note: Any unexpected delays in the build process will be communicated to you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship through UPS.
  • Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery time begins after your order has been built, processed, and shipped. We do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but they are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number shortly after your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dream Invent Inspire, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues (Critically Missing)

Dream Invent Inspire, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Before filing a claim: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@dreaminventinspire.com with photos of the damage and the shipping box so we can assist you.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to help you start a trace, but are not responsible for packages stolen or misdelivered once the carrier marks them as "Delivered."
